Liz - Director/ Trainer/Member Support

Liz is the owner and the member support person at Fortitude Fitness.

She is very passionate about keeping fit and inspiring all women to lead and live a healthy lifestyle. You will see her joining most classes when time permits... she truly walks the talk!

Liz has a strong passion for Yoga, table tennis, dancing and many other sports and played table tennis professionally during her teenage years in Nepal, before coming to Australia to further her studies. She is now a mother of two young girls and a proud owner/trainer at Fortitude Fitness.

Karen –Manager/Head Coach/Personal Trainer

Karen has been with us for over 7 years and is well loved by our members for her genuine care for our member’s wellbeing and fitness results

Karen is generous with her knowledge on exercise, healthy lifestyle tips and diet information and is a highly popular class instructor.  

She is a rare treasure!

Phoebe - Zumba Instructor

Phoebe is our highly talented Zumba Instructor. She is extremely passionate about dance and her love for teaching is evident in every class.

Phoebe is well loved by our members for her upbeat personality and her fun and vibrant classes creates an atmosphere that naturally draws people to the club. 

With five children (all girls) we are still not sure where she get’s the energy, it’s just something you will have to come in and experience for yourself.

Rekha  – Personal Trainer

Rekha is very passionate about helping women understand what it takes to make healthy choices, with both food and exercise.

She has been a gym regular for over 4 years and her own weight loss journey has inspired her to become a qualified personal trainer to help others achieve their own personal goals. She loves intense workouts that focus on technique and strength and is always happy to provide instruction or have a chat with the members about all topics of health and fitness.

Marlene - Yoga/Pilates Instructor

After feeling the benefits for her core and flexibility through her own practice of Pilates and Yoga, Marlene decided to gain her qualifications and help others to feel these benefits for themselves.  Marlene has now been teaching Yoga and Pilates for the past 5 years and takes great pride in watching the success and results gained by our members.  Her teaching methods and personality make her classes highly popular.

Nathalie  - Member Support (Sales & Marketing)

Nathalie is a passionate young and energetic member of our team and an integral member of our member support and administration crew.

Nathalie enjoys a fit and healthy lifestyle, which has helped her to get back on track after the birth of her first child. We just love her friendly disposition and willingness to assist others.

Andrea - Member Support/ Zumba Instructor

Andi joined our gym as a member and connected so well with the fortitude team that she decided to study fitness. While she studies she has joined them team to learn all she can about what it takes to work in the industry. Andi is a bubbly, happy face in the gym who enjoys assisting the team and helping fortitude members. Andi runs Zumba class on a Monday evening, come down and enjoy her moves to some great party anthems.
